Snowboard Helmet Use Increases


You don’t think about it much, but snowboarding (and skiing) has a pretty high rate of helmet use when compared to other ‘extreme sports’ such as skateboarding.

Transworld Business just published an article on the state of the American industry with regards to helmet use and it is definitely on the rise.

There is a very high percentage (70%+) for the young and the old. No mention of the vast population however (the mid-teens to adult range – funny that).
