Air+Style Comes to Beijing

Air+Style, Competition, News

We’re only days away from kicking off another great competitive season for 2010/2011 which means heaps of great viewing coming your way. We’re going to be highlighting some of the best as they approach to be sure your in the know of what is going down, up north.

Europe is set to go off come January but before then we have some TTR 6 Star goodness in Beijing, China with the first ever Oakley Shaun White Air+Style kicking off on December 1.

Air+Style has had a long and successful run in Europe (minus a few years for Munich!) and always proves an amazing content, I am sure they will deliver the same formula to Beijing.

It’s the first 6 Star event to come to China and nothing is being spared. A Big Air format, the course consists of a 42 meter high stadium jump with riders battling it out for a prize pool of $100,000 USD.

The comp has attracted some of the best riders in the world including Marko Grilc, Wiig, Piiroinen, iPod, Mikkel Bang, Lago, Seb Touts, Kazu and more.

You’ll be able to catch all the action live, check out Air+Style or GO211 for more.

Check out progress on the Big Air set-up, epic!
